- New foundation, to allow for "The 100 year flood" elevating the Lodge
about 3 feet will be required. This will be the single largest most expensive
project and must be done before all others.
- Replace and expand addition that will hold bathrooms, heating system, Well
Tank and filter system, etc.
- Remove stucco walls and restore original wood under it.

- Restore floors, sand them down and refinish
