Users of Microsoft Outlook can download an Outlook PST data file that contains the stated communication dates and times for all 314 Lodges in Virginia. Lodge info has been added to both the Contacts and Calendar folders.

Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 200, 2002 or 2007 PST file 2,000kb (zipped 260kb) By request other file formats are available, i.e. PDF, Excel, Access, Word, Text.
(1) Download and extract Virginia_Lodges.pst from Virginia_Lodges.zip and save it to your My Document folder.
(2) Open Microsoft Outlook and select FILE / OPEN / OUTLOOK DATA FILE and find the location where you saved Virginia_Lodges.pst and open it. You will now see a new personal folder named Virginia Lodges and under it you will find Calendar_Lodges and Contacts_Lodges.
This is a separate personal folder and will not effect your existing calendar and contacts.
Information provided includes, Lodge Name No., stated communication week, day and time. address, phone number, District #, Region name, Division #. If known, stated communication exceptions, meeting notes, and website.
The calendar in the Virginia_Lodges.pst has recurring appointments set with no end date, meeting duration has been set to 30 minutes and the appointment reminder is set for two hours in advance. Lodges with stated communication times of 7:15pm have been set to 7:00pm and 7:45pm set to 7:30pm. All others have been set to the exact times.
You will need to set the recurring appointments yourself, all dates have been defaulted to 01-01-2008. Be sure to set your view to "All Appointments"
The five Lodges that do not have regular stated communications, i.e. "Only on Thursday on or before the full moon" have been set to every Thursday, so be sure to read the exceptions in the notes.
If the Lodge has a phone number, otherwise the GL phone number was used. The address provided is the physical 911 address of the Lodge building, and not the mailing address. In most cases mail cannot be delivered to this address, the address provided is for Internet mapping and driving directions to the Lodge. By using functionality built-in to Outlook contacts you can do things like Internet mapping.
The entering of this information was not 100% automated, it took the better part of an entire day to do it, the accuracy should be better then 99.99% but is not guaranteed.
