Acacia Lodge has run over budget and is in need of the
following items to continue with repairs so they can bring the building to a
usable state, so they can once again use their building for meetings.

Drywall, nails, spackle.
Fiberglass insulation R-xxx
Paint and paint brushes, etc.
All the plumbing supplies you can think of, two handicap
toilets, two bathroom sinks, water and drain piping, Well tank, tank-less
electric water heater, double-bowl SS kitchen sink.
Enough wood, 2x4's and building supplies to build a
two-story 10'x16' bathroom addition.
Acacia Lodge will also need a lot of man power to
accomplish these repairs. Labor will be needed to sand the walls, floors and
then paint them, install insulation, install and paint drywall, install
handrails on the front steps & access ramp, etc. Work parties will soon be
scheduled.

Outside
- DONE New foundation, to allow for "The 100
year flood" elevating the Lodge about 3 feet will be required. This will be
the single largest most expensive project and must be done before all others.
- Replace and expand addition that will hold bathrooms, heating system, Well
Tank and filter system, etc.
- Remove stucco walls and restore original wood under it.
- Replace roof with aluminum
- Front Porch
- DONE Walkway, handicap access
- DONE Gravel parking lot
- Handicap Elevator
- Fire escape
- Replace and Relocate A/C. Needs to be placed high off ground on wall
- DONE Relocate heating oil tank. replace with
underground type
- Landscape outside, plants, bushes, etc.
- Replace Well Pump
- Well casing cover / marker, of decorative type to keep it from being hit
by cars
- Lights for the Flag Pole
- Outdoor floodlights
- Add outside hose faucets
- Add outside Electrical outlets

- Countertops, all stainless steal of commercial type
- New Restrooms, both Men's & Women's of handicap type
- Replace and move Heating and A/C system to backroom addition. Will need to
include replacement of air ducts.
